Poorhouse Pies is a cozy bakery located in the picturesque town of Underhill, Vermont. We Specialize in baking sweet and savory, traditional and innovative, pies made daily from scratch. We source the freshest ingredients with best flavor, use small batch methods, and hand form each crust. Our pies are a true labor of love that you can taste in every bite. From classic apple and chicken pot pies to more unique flavors like maple cream, pulled pork mac-n-cheese pie, or Vermont mud pie, we have something to satisfy every palate. In addition to our full size pies we also bake pocket pies daily which are available fresh out of the oven at 7am and donuts (every other Sunday).
